A
single-family home at 141 Cobblestone Drive in South Lebanon Township topped the list of most expensive residential real estate sales in Lebanon last week, selling for $550,000. In total, 15 properties changed hands during the period, averaging a price of $280,700 and $180 per square foot.

    The top five sales were:

    * 141 Cobblestone Drive: $550,000 (2,530 sqft, built in 2012)

    * 1032 Grant Circle: $439,000 (2,332 sqft, built in 2015)

    * 209 Fox Road: $430,000 (1,700 sqft, built in 1986)

    * 1113 Garden Ave: $400,000 (2,124 sqft, built in 1988)

    * 144 Chase Drive: $389,000 (1,872 sqft, built in 1997)

    The remaining ten sales ranged from $173,000 to $345,000.
