adison LeCroy, a fixture on "Southern Charm," has made a swift exit from her Charleston abode, selling the property just 10 days after listing it for $1.75 million. The sale price remains under wraps until the deal is finalized.

    LeCroy purchased the sprawling 2,800-square-foot home in April 2022 for $1.48 million, and it's clear she put her own stamp on the space. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the property boasts a perfect blend of Southern charm and modern amenities.

    The exterior of the residence exudes classic elegance, while the interior features white oak floors, an airy open layout, and a chef's kitchen with green cabinets and quartz countertops. The primary suite is a serene oasis, complete with its own porch, dual walk-in closets, and a luxurious tub.

    Upstairs, two more bedrooms, another bathroom, laundry facilities, and attic space await. But the real showstopper is the bonus room above the garage – a self-contained unit with a kitchen, bedroom, living area, bathroom, and laundry hookups that LeCroy has repurposed as her dressing room.

    The quick sale coincides with exciting news for LeCroy: she's expecting her second child with husband Brett Randle. Despite Randle's split time between California and the East Coast, LeCroy is committed to raising their children in Charleston – a city that holds a special place in her heart.
