Mark Wahlberg is swapping his Las Vegas lifestyle for a Florida home. The “Boogie Nights” star recently bought a Delray Beach estate. He’s no stranger to real‑estate deals: last month Paris Hilton purchased his former Beverly Park mansion for $63 million, and he had sold a $14.5 million property in Nevada’s Summit Club after only a year.
The new Florida residence was built in 2017 and has changed hands several times. Zillow records show it listed for $20 million in March 2018, dropped to $18.975 million in April 2019, and sold for $17 million in January 2020. It resurfaced at $27.5 million in October 2022, sold for $26 million in February 2023, and again listed for $33 million in August 2024 before finally selling for $27.7 million. Wahlberg secured the property for $37 million in October 2024, after a March listing at $45 million.
The mansion, dubbed Palazzo di Lago, is an Italian‑style contemporary masterpiece in Stone Creek Ranch’s gated “Billionaires’ Row,” a community of just 37 estates. The 17,797‑square‑foot home boasts seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and comes fully furnished. Its design draws inspiration from Lake Como’s serene elegance and the glamour of Bond’s Casino Royale, offering privacy and security.
Wahlberg, who works out at 4 a.m. and told Men’s Health in 2023, will enjoy a wellness wing complete with a gym, sauna, and massage room. The outdoor area features a tennis court and a 170,000‑gallon saltwater lagoon pool, all overlooking a lakefront lot for panoramic views.
Additional luxury amenities include a state‑of‑the‑art Cinematech theater, a cigar lounge with advanced air purification, a Chanel‑boutique‑inspired sitting area, a seven‑car garage, and a dedicated golf‑cart section. With such expansive space and high‑end finishes, Wahlberg’s new home feels like a perpetual vacation.
