Langen, August 29, 2025 - DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG announces that Markus Hofmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will resign from office as a member of the Supervisory Board on September 15, 2025. In connection with this, AEPF III 15 S.à r.l. has withdrawn its request for a general meeting pursuant to Section 122 para. 1 AktG.
