att Curtis Real Estate has marked a new milestone: the 150th home constructed in partnership with Casas por Cristo under its Love Thy Neighbor initiative. The achievement underscores the firm’s dedication to community impact beyond property sales.

    Founder and President Matt Curtis reflected on the moment: “Seeing a family’s joy when they receive the keys to their first home reminds us that our work transcends bricks and mortar—it reshapes lives and family histories.”

    The Love Thy Neighbor program is integral to the company’s ethos. For every 100 local homes sold, the firm builds a house for a family in Central America. To date, the effort has delivered safe, permanent homes to more than 150 families, offering hope for future generations.

    The latest project, completed in Guatemala, was celebrated with worship, shared meals, and community bonding. Curtis joined the dedication ceremony, strengthening ties with local residents.
