leary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton has recruited a three-lawyer real estate team from McDermott Will & Emery, led by David Herman. Herman, who spent 16 years at Weil Gotshal & Manges before joining McDermott in August 2023, will bring partner Sam Limmer and counsel Cindy Resnick to Cleary. The move is a significant addition for the firm's real estate practice.
