T
he City of Medford has selected Transom Real Estate as the partner for its project to revitalize three city-owned lots in Medford Square. The development will combine mixed-use retail and residential spaces with ample parking options, catering to seniors and the Chevalier Theatre.

Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn praised Transom's proposal, saying it aligns with the City's vision for Clippership Drive as a regional destination. She emphasized that this is just the starting point, and community input will be crucial in shaping the project's final form.
