    To create this list, we surveyed real estate professionals representing our readership area and asked them to report their residential sales volume from January 1 to December 31, 2024. A panel of industry experts reviewed the submissions for accuracy and completeness. Agents who met the thresholds ($20 million for individuals, $30 million for teams) made the cut.

    Our list is a snapshot of the region's top performers, presented in alphabetical order with their primary office location and phone number. Note that this list is self-reported and dependent on agent participation, so it may not include every qualified local agent.
