ew River Community and Technical College is hosting a Real Estate Career Night on May 20, 2025, at their Mercer County Campus in Princeton. The event aims to introduce individuals to the real estate profession and guide them through the licensing process in West Virginia.

    Led by Joyce Barker, the college's Real Estate Instructor, attendees will gain insights into the industry, learn about becoming a licensed agent, and explore New River CTC's training program. This interactive session offers a chance to ask questions, hear from experienced professionals, and determine if real estate is a suitable career path.

    New River CTC will offer its 90-hour West Virginia Real Estate Pre-License Course starting August 18, 2025, at the Mercer County Campus. This course prepares students for the licensing exam and serves as an excellent next step for those entering the industry.
