echno DJ Marco Carola is putting his sleek Miami skypad on the market for $6.33 million, sources close to the sale have revealed. The 31st-floor residence in the Aston Martin tower boasts a 300-square-foot terrace and stunning views of Biscayne Bay and Coconut Grove.

    Carola, who has performed globally and will soon spin tracks in Ibiza, purchased the unit pre-construction for an undisclosed price. Listing broker Carlo Dipasquale notes that Carola is not looking to leave Miami, but rather upgrade to a larger residence on South Beach. "He's Italian, he wants to be by the beach," Dipasquale explains.

    The 3,536-square-foot apartment features four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and comes fully furnished with high-end designer Minotti pieces. The floor-through spread includes an open kitchen and dining area, as well as a home office space. Artwork throughout the unit is also included in the sale price.

    Located in downtown Miami's 66-story Aston Martin tower, the building boasts an infinity pool on the 55th floor, along with a hot tub, sauna, gym, and private super-yacht marina. "This building sets a new standard for luxury living," Dipasquale says of the sail-shaped tower, which offers 391 units and unparalleled waterfront views.
