uxury homebuyers in Miami-Dade County flocked to sign contracts for over a dozen properties last week. According to the Eklund-Gomes report, 18 contracts were marked in the Multiple Listing Service between January 20 and 26, with an average asking price of $9.3 million for single-family homes. These homes spent an average of 115 days on the market before securing buyers.
The total asking dollar volume for these properties was $177.3 million, with single-family homes accounting for $120.8 million. The top property in the report is a waterfront Miami Beach home asking $34.5 million, which had previously been under contract but has now secured a new buyer.
Condos also saw significant activity, with an average asking price of $11.3 million and an average time on market of 114 days. The top condo in the report is unit 901 at the Perigon in Miami Beach, listed for $23.9 million and expected to be completed in 2026.
