reg Mason, a 30-year veteran of Edina Realty, is transitioning to an advisory role as chairman after serving as president and CEO of Edina Realty Home Services for over a decade. He will support Sharry Schmid, the company's president, who has taken on the top leadership position. Schmid has been with Edina Realty for nearly three decades, working in various divisions before being appointed president in 2017.

Mason's departure marks a new chapter for the company, with Schmid at the helm to guide its continued growth and success.
