onument Real Estate Services is launching a new partnership with Apartment Life, a renowned organization that specializes in community-building strategies for multifamily properties. This collaboration will enable Monument to foster deeper connections between residents and staff at its select communities.
Apartment Life's approach involves embedding team members within the communities they serve, allowing for authentic engagement and relationships to form. The program includes various offerings tailored to each community, such as wellness events, resident ideation sessions, and promotional activities.
According to Ginny Decker, Senior Vice President of Operations at Monument, "The Apartment Life model is holistic and exponentially enhances the resident experience, creating a true sense of community." Research has shown that a strong sense of community is crucial for resident satisfaction, and this program helps build meaningful relationships between residents and staff.
Alex Campbell, Division Vice President | West with Apartment Life, notes that their studies demonstrate that communities that engage with them experience reduced turnover rates among residents and staff, as well as increased overall value and stability. The initial launch will take place at Haven on the Lake in St. Louis, MO, with other Monument communities joining shortly thereafter.
