ic Lombardo, a 30-year industry veteran, has been appointed president of mortgage services at RE/MAX Holdings. He will lead Motto Mortgage and wemlo, overseeing growth efforts and innovation in the mortgage operations. Lombardo brings extensive experience from Guaranteed Rate Affinity and PHH Mortgage, where he held various leadership roles before becoming chief operating officer.
In his new position, Lombardo aims to scale Motto Mortgage's growth alongside wemlo, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional experiences for brokers, loan originators, and customers. He expressed enthusiasm about joining RE/MAX Holdings' Executive Leadership Team and working with the company since its launch in 2016.
Meanwhile, Grant Cody has been appointed CEO of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors (GTAR) and Tulsa-based MLS Technology, Inc., effective September 22. Cody brings a decade of experience as a licensed attorney and previously worked as an assistant attorney general in Oklahoma. He also served as executive director of the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, where he oversaw significant improvements in cash reserves, digitization, and service wait times.
GTAR's president of the board of directors, Josh Woodward, praised Cody's depth of legal knowledge, forward-thinking approach, and industry connections, stating that his perspective and drive will be invaluable to the organization.
