A
luxury home community is taking shape in Nashville's Green Hills neighborhood. Sett Studio, an Austin-based homebuilder, is developing Martin Reserve on 5 acres of land it acquired for $4 million last August. The upscale community will feature 10 single-story homes with mid-century modern designs, ranging from 3,500 to 6,000 square feet and priced from $3.5 million. Each home will have floor-to-ceiling windows, outdoor living areas, and the option to build a guest house.
Buyers can customize their homes within the community's architectural guidelines, which are being overseen by Austin-based architecture firm Dick Clark and Associates. Stephen Delahoussaye of House Haven Realty is marketing the development, noting that Austin-based firms are increasingly expanding into Nashville's real estate market. The luxury market in Nashville is experiencing significant growth, with ultra-luxury sales increasing notably in recent years.
