ingSpry Real Estate attorneys Karley Biggs Sebia and Taisha Tolliver-Duran host LANDMARKS, a new commercial real estate law podcast launched by Bethlehem-based law firm KingSpry. The pilot episode airs January 15.
The podcast takes place against the backdrop of iconic Lehigh Valley structures, delving into the legal aspects of commercial real estate while providing insights to help listeners make informed decisions about buying, selling, developing, or investing in Pennsylvania properties.
"We're excited to reach and serve our clients in a new way through podcasts," said KingSpry Deputy Managing Partner Matthew Tranter. "Our goal is to explore the world of commercial real estate, from essential services to collaboration with other professionals."
Each episode will feature Biggs Sebia and Tolliver-Duran joined by local industry leaders. The first episode focuses on building community relationships for successful projects, featuring guests Cindy Feinberg and Casey Keller of Feinberg Realty Advisors.
