NextHome has promoted two long‑time employees as part of its ongoing growth strategy. Charis Moreno, who has spent more than a decade with the company, will now serve as chief revenue officer. A former vice‑president of sales, Moreno previously led strategic partnerships at Trulia and held the VP of sales role at Realtor.com. In her new capacity, she will drive expansion initiatives and deliver long‑term value to members.
Jim Fischetti, who joined NextHome over three years ago, is named president of brokerage operations. His most recent title was vice‑president of learning and development, a role that will now be steered by Workman Success Systems, the firm behind the newly launched NextHome Growth Lab. Prior to NextHome, Fischetti directed leadership and growth at Keller Williams in North Carolina and served as the brokerage’s regional director in Pennsylvania. The company’s co‑CEO, Keith Robinson, praised both promotions, noting that Moreno and Fischetti embody the vision and leadership that define NextHome’s culture.
MoxiWorks has added a new chief product officer to its executive team. Ashley Fidler joins the AI‑focused real‑estate firm after a series of staffing moves over the past year, which included a chief marketing officer, a chief of staff, a chief financial officer, and a chief customer officer. Fidler brings more than 15 years of experience building data‑driven, AI‑powered SaaS products. CTO Michael Messig highlighted her “unique ability to lead with innovative product thinking,” while Fidler emphasized the company’s shared commitment to leveraging AI, machine learning, and data to streamline agent workflows and automate routine tasks.
