n a rare find, former NFL center Mike Pouncey is parting ways with his sprawling Fort Lauderdale estate, where the boundaries between home and playground blur. The 35-year-old, who once dominated the gridiron for the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Chargers, has listed his 4,380-square-foot contemporary waterfront property for $6.95 million.

Located in the exclusive Las Olas Isles neighborhood, this showstopper boasts five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, and a jaw-dropping feature that's sure to delight sports enthusiasts: a sprawling outdoor football field, perfect for a game of touch or soccer, situated along 100 feet of canal frontage with direct ocean access.

Pouncey's vision was to create a private oasis for his family, particularly his 11-year-old son Kayden, who shares the property with partner Krissy. "We built our dream home on a 220-acre ranch in Okeechobee and plan to move there full-time once Kayden finishes high school," Pouncey revealed.

The estate's design seamlessly merges luxury with functionality, spanning two lots and offering an elevator connecting all three levels, including a third-floor retreat with a wet bar, gym, and expansive open terrace. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the water and city skyline, while the sleek kitchen is equipped with a large island perfect for hosting.

Pouncey's favorite aspect? "Living on the water with easy access to the inlet and sandbar." The property also boasts a private dock, pool, summer kitchen, and Control4 smart home systems. With its prime location, high-end shopping, dining, and beaches are just a stone's throw away.

As Pouncey embarks on his next chapter, he leaves behind a legacy of gridiron greatness. A University of Florida alum, he contributed to a BCS National Championship and earned All-American recognition before being drafted 15th overall by the Miami Dolphins in 2011. After a decade-long career, including stints with the Los Angeles Chargers, Pouncey stepped away from the game in February 2021, alongside his twin brother Maurkice.
