omura Holdings is launching a U.S. commercial real estate platform, bolstered by key hires from rival investment bank Barclays. Larry Kravetz has been appointed head of U.S. commercial real estate and CMBS, while Frank Gilhool will lead warehouse financing efforts. Both executives previously oversaw aspects of Barclays' commercial real estate business. Additional staff members, including Andy DiPietro, have also joined the platform from Barclays.
