n the heart of Peabody, Massachusetts, Northshore Mall has undergone a transformative revitalization, catapulting it to new heights as a premier shopping and dining destination. This multimillion-dollar makeover has reimagined the center into a vibrant mixed-use hub, catering to the coastal communities north of Boston.

    At its core, Northshore Mall now boasts an impressive array of amenities, including a 116,000 SF Life Time Athletic Resort, offering group lessons, private training, and luxurious spa facilities. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at Golf Lounge 18, a state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator experience. The center has also welcomed Arhaus and L.L. Bean, joining other key additions like Immersive Gamebox, an immersive entertainment space for all ages.

    Gametime Lanes & Entertainment has set up shop, featuring 12 lanes of ten pin bowling, axe throwing, arcade gaming, and two bars with a full pub menu. Regional beauty salon Mane & Mani is celebrating its tenth anniversary by relocating to Northshore Mall, while Tesla provides customers with an opportunity to explore their electric vehicle lineup.

    The future holds even more excitement, as DICK's House of Sport prepares to open in 2026, offering top-of-the-line gear and interactive spaces for athletes.     A key component of the project is the newly renovated Dining Pavilion and The Promenade, featuring outdoor seating, patio dining, a community stage, beautiful landscaping, and more. Recent additions include Sweetgreen, Big Chicken, and Honeygrow, with Skinny Pancake and Van Leeuwen set to open this Spring.

    Construction has begun on the Residence Inn by Marriott Peabody, a 142-room hotel located along the Prospect Street entrance. The property will feature a fitness center, indoor pool, media salons, conference room, and hearth room, expected to open in Fall 2026.
