ctor Elan Zafir and his wife Lindsay are reluctantly leaving their Gramercy Park apartment, which has been a sanctuary during the pandemic. The couple doubled down on city life when others were fleeing, and now they're listing their 1,000-square-foot home at 210 E. 17th St. for $800,000.

    Located in the Beaux-Arts cooperative "Mon Bijou," the apartment is a tranquil oasis with seven oversized windows, southern and eastern exposures, and views of historic St. George's Church. The unit features a corner primary bedroom with dual closets, an updated kitchen with full-size appliances, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

    Zafir, who currently stars as Rocco in Apple TV+'s "Your Friends & Neighbors," cherishes the apartment's natural light, character-rich details, and neighborly atmosphere. He credits the sense of community for making it easier to commit to filming in Queens. The couple will miss their quiet haven, where they could easily walk to Chinatown or Madison Square Park.

    The Zafirs are relocating to Morningside Heights for more space and to be closer to work and schools. Their son is moving in with them, and they've secured a spot at a good school for their daughter. While excited about this new chapter, they're not looking forward to leaving behind the apartment's charm and memories.
