alm Beach County's condo market saw a decline in sales and dollar volume during the second week of December. From Dec. 8 to Dec. 15, brokers closed 70 condo sales totaling $28.2 million, down from 112 sales worth $48.7 million the previous week. The average sale price dropped to $402,996, compared to $434,716 in the prior week.
The average price per square foot increased to $329 from $297, according to Redfin data. Top 10 sales ranged from $745,000 to $2.2 million, with Unit 407 at Riviera taking the top spot at $2.2 million or $2,304 per square foot after 162 days on market.
Unit 205S at Beach Point came in second, selling for $2.1 million or $1,105 per square foot after 315 days on market. The top 10 sales included Ocean Trail Condo's Unit 1305 as the least expensive at $745,000 and Palm Bay Club Condo's Unit A as the lowest price per square foot at $349.
