ondo sales and dollar volume surged in Palm Beach County last week. Brokers closed 114 deals worth a total of $50.2 million from October 27th to November 3rd, up significantly from the previous week's 80 sales totaling $27.8 million. The average sale price rose to $440,082, compared to $347,880 in the prior week. According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot increased to $294 from $256.
The top 10 sales ranged from $1.1 million to $4 million. Unit PH11 at 200 East in Boca Raton led the list with a $4 million closing, or $961 per square foot after 413 days on the market. Jonathan Postma of Coldwell Banker handled both sides of the deal.
