Palm Beach County condo sales and dollar volume decline during Thanksgiving week.

alm Beach County's condo market experienced a slowdown during Thanksgiving week. Between November 24th and December 1st, brokers closed 53 condo sales totaling $17.7 million, down from the previous week's 82 sales worth $31.7 million.

    The average sale price per unit dropped to $334,751, compared to $386,830 in the prior week. The average price per square foot also decreased to $276, down from $288 according to Redfin data.

    Notable sales included a top spot at Beach Point on South Ocean Boulevard, where Unit 501N sold for $2.8 million after 80 days on the market. This sale worked out to $1,287 per square foot and was represented by Jonathan Buch with Redfin.

    The second-highest sale went to Eastpointe's Unit 20J on Singer Island, which closed at $1.5 million or $543 per square foot after 44 days on the market. The top 10 sales ranged from $380,000 to $2.8 million and included a mix of properties in Palm Beach and Delray Beach.
