alm Beach County's condo market saw a decline in sales and dollar volume last month. According to Redfin data, November's numbers totaled $177 million, down from $239 million in October. The number of closed sales also decreased, falling to 371 from 495 in October and 445 in September.
Median sale prices ranged from $40,000 to $12.5 million, with a median price of $245,000. Prices per square foot varied between $52 and $3,995, with a median of $222 per square foot. In contrast to October's top sale, unit N42 at 2 North Breakers Row in Palm Beach took the top spot with a $12.5 million closing last month.
The sale closed at $3,995 per square foot after 383 days on the market. Kevin Condon with Sotheby's International Realty had the listing, and Suzanne Trapani Frisbie with Corcoran represented the buyer. The least expensive sale was unit 10 at Lake Clarke Gardens in Lake Worth, which closed for $40,000 or $54 per square foot after 134 days on the market.
