North Palm Beach oceanfront house has sold for $31.9 million, setting a record in the gated community of Lost Tree Village. The sale was made by 8:28 Florida Properties, a Delaware LLC, to a trust managed by attorney David B. Norris. This follows recent record-breaking deals in Palm Beach County, including a $48 million sale in Jupiter's Bears Club and a $55 million purchase in Stone Creek Ranch.
The house at 11432 Turtle Beach Road was built in 1971 on 0.8 acres and spans 7,800 square feet, with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and one half-bathroom. The property was last sold for $22 million in 2022 and had been listed for $39.5 million in March.
Lost Tree Village is a gated golf community that spans 450 acres and has 524 homes. It's the longtime home of legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus. This sale marks a record for the community, surpassing the previous price record set in 2023 when an oceanfront estate sold to a trust for $25 million.
Other recent sales in Palm Beach County include a non-waterfront house sold by former Capitol Records CEO Steve Barnett for $12.9 million and a mansion on the golf course sold by the executive chairman of Hellman & Friedman for $18.8 million.
