hat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) marked its 20th anniversary with a special benefit program for shareholders on September 30, 2024. Eligible shareholders can purchase PDR properties with up to an 8% discount, combinable with other promotions.
The offer applies to projects developed by PDR or its subsidiaries, as announced. The first two eligible projects are Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area in Binh Dinh and Thuan An 1 & 2 High-Rise Residential Complex in Binh Duong.
Bac Ha Thanh spans 43.16 hectares on National Highway 19, connecting Phu Cat Airport with Quy Nhon City. The project features a modern design that maximizes its riverfront, with 1,422 units expected to reshape the local urban landscape and cater to real housing needs.
Thuan An 1 & 2 is PDR's flagship project in Binh Duong province, comprising two high-rise towers covering 4.46 hectares. Situated in Thuan An City, it meets dual international standards for green construction-LEED and FitWel.
Both projects will be launched for sale in early Q4 2024, expected to generate significant inflows for PDR by the end of 2024 and beyond.
