Pearlstone Names Bill Knauss as New CEO Following Robert Lee's Retirement

Pearlstone Partners names Bill Knauss CEO as co-founders Robert Lee and Emily Lee retire.

earlstone Partners has appointed Bill Knauss as CEO, succeeding co-founders Robert Lee and Emily Lee who are set to retire. Robert Lee had been at the helm since the Austin-based development firm's inception in 2018, while Emily oversaw real estate sales as a principal. Knauss was a founding partner of the company. Pearlstone Partners is currently developing several Austin condominium projects, including The Belvedere and 62 East, with construction expected to start this year and next respectively.

    Jackson-Shaw has promoted Grant Pearson to chief development officer in Houston, where he established the company's office in 2018. Reid Watler has been elevated to vice president of development in Houston from development manager, while Ryan Beadle has become vice president of development in Charlotte. Meanwhile, Scooter Hicks has taken over as president at MetroNational, a real estate investment company behind the Memorial City mixed-use development.

    In other appointments, Johnny Mowad has been elected president of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, serving the Dallas and North Texas area. Paul Epperley has become board president of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, while Shae Cottar has taken on the role of board chair at the Houston Association of Realtors. Brandy Wuensch will lead the Austin Board of Realtors as president in 2025.
