erchwell, a modern data and workflow platform for residential real estate, has announced the appointments of Adrian Facini as Vice President of Product and Joe Kondel as Vice President of Engineering. Both will report to Brendan Fairbanks, CEO of Perchwell.

    Facini and Kondel join the company as it continues to invest in talent, technology, and partnerships to support growth and meet evolving industry needs through a smarter MLS platform. Their hires will build on Perchwell's trajectory with advanced data tools, mobile compatibility, integrated workflows, and collaboration features designed for agents, brokerages, and MLSs.

    Facini joins from Carta, where he led product strategy for the SEC-registered broker-dealer platform CartaX. At Perchwell, he will lead product development across pivotal application workflows and transformative data solutions.

    Kondel brings over two decades of experience building secure systems in regulated industries, joining Perchwell to lead technical strategy behind a scalable MLS platform. He joins from IEX, where he led engineering teams responsible for scaling the exchange.
