In this California housing market update, I'll be covering Perris, a city in Riverside County. As of January 9th, there are 108 single-family homes for sale in Perris, priced between $315,000 and $4,145,000.
Currently, 74 homes are in escrow, either pending or accepting backup offers. In December 2024, 61 single-family homes sold, ranging from $430,000 to $1,200,000. According to the California Regional Multiple Listing Service, Perris homes had an average median of 27 days on the market.
