    On St. Pete Beach, a 2/2 condo at 9495 Blind Pass Road sold for $592,500 after listing for $599,900. A 2/1 home at 340 83rd Ave changed hands for $250,000, down from its original price of $299,000.

Other notable sales on Treasure Island include a 3/2.5 condo at 12360 Capri Circle N. that sold for $695,000 and a 2/2 condo at 12500 Capri Circle N. that went for $265,000.
