A snapshot of recent sales on St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and Madeira Beach reveals a mix of old and new, with prices ranging from the mid-$200,000s to over $1 million.
St. Pete Beach led the pack with three notable sales:
* A 3/3 condo at 3805 Gulf Blvd., #205, built in 2006, sold for $1.2 million after listing for $1.35 million.
* A 3/2 home at 2260 E. Vina Del Mar Blvd., constructed in 1958, changed hands for $1.185 million, down from its original price of $1.349 million.
* Meanwhile, a 4/2.5 home at 2153 W. Vina Del Mar Blvd., built in 2001, sold for $1.269 million after listing for $1.299 million.
Treasure Island also saw several sales:

* A 2/1 home at 13255 Boca Ciega Ave., constructed in 1939, changed hands for $535,000, despite listing for $499,999.
