On St. Pete Beach, several homes changed hands. A four-bedroom home at 2803 Pass A Grille Way sold for $4,091,850 after listing for $4.5 million. Another property, a two-bedroom home at 3110 S. Maritana Dr., sold for $850,000 after being listed for $1.1 million.
In Treasure Island, a three-bedroom townhouse at 11795 1st St. E. sold for $1.385 million after listing for $1.425 million. A two-bedroom home at 10390 Paradise Blvd. sold for $908,000 after being listed for $999,995.
