he Bird Streets home, an ideal abode for a car enthusiast, recently sold for $21 million to an LLC with a Marina del Rey-based registered agent. The seller is an LLC tied to Glendale-based Caspian Commercial Plumbing and its President David Alexy Alexanderian, according to property records. The property was listed by Coldwell Banker Realty’s Philip Boroda and Revel Real Estate’s Benjamin Bacal. Compass’ Jennifer Orio represented the buyer.

    The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion spans 10,914 square feet and boasts a 20-foot glass atrium in the foyer, a 1,000-square-foot wellness spa, putting green, and glass elevator. The auto connoisseur will appreciate the climate-controlled garage designed to accommodate eight cars, complete with a turntable.

    The Bird Streets neighborhood, named after streets named after birds, is a favorite among celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio and Keanu Reeves. Currently, there are various price ranges in the tony neighborhood's listings. Carolwood Estates’ David Parnes and James Harris hold a $69 million listing at 9330 Flicker Way, built in 2021 and sitting on nearly an acre. The Beverly Hills Estates’ Jennifer Saginor is on a listing just under $10 million at 9240 Warbler Way, built in the 1930s and sitting on over half an acre.

    In April, a Bird Streets spec home at 1898 Rising Glen Road sold for $62.8 million, briefly holding the title as the year's most expensive residential deal in Los Angeles County. The distinction later shifted to Malibu, where Laurene Powell Jobs paid $94 million for her fourth estate, and reports surfaced that Oakley founder Jim Jannard sold his estate in the beach city for $210 million.
