mportant Tax Payment Reminder from Putnam County Treasurer:

    As of July 14, 2025, real estate tax payers are reminded that the final payment date is approaching. Payments must be received by Friday, July 18, 2025 (postmarks on this date will also be accepted). The Treasurer's Office is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and can be found on the second floor of the Courthouse. A drop box is conveniently located in the alley off Hickory Street for your convenience.

    Please note that manufactured home tax payments have a separate deadline, which falls on July 31, 2025.
