n a recent update to their database, the Strategic Projects Agency (Agepro) discovered a fraudulent network offering land sale and regularization procedures. This network claims to be made up of Agepro employees who offer necessary purchase procedures for a fee of 5,100 pesos. Agepro is warning citizens against blindly purchasing land, emphasizing that all procedures must be done within their office.
In a statement released on Friday, Agepro warned citizens about the potential fraud network related to land sale and updating procedures. They urged citizens not to fall for such fraudulent offers and to report any such offers through official channels. Agepro clarified that no property update or procedure can be carried out outside their office, and under no circumstances should payments be made to unauthorized persons.
Agepro's General Director, José Alberto Alonso Ovando, reiterated the importance of transparency and legality in their administration. He emphasized that they will not tolerate any form of fraud or corruption that affects the assets of the people of Quintana Roo.
