am Realty Advisors has acquired The Shoppes at Jupiter, a 197,000sqft shopping centre in Florida, from Orion Real Estate. The investment manager plans to reposition the asset as part of its value-add retail strategy, focusing on grocery-anchored retail in high-barrier-to-entry Southeast US markets.

    The acquisition marks a key milestone for Ram Realty's dedicated grocery-anchored retail platform, which targets essential retail in sought-after areas. To anchor the property, Ram Realty has secured a lease with Whole Foods Market, underscoring its ability to understand grocer needs and create value for investors and the community.

    According to Brian Maloney, principal at Ram Realty, The Shoppes at Jupiter offers a rare opportunity to execute a transformative business plan in one of South Florida's most high-demand retail corridors. Casey Cummings, CEO at Ram Realty, added that this investment further advances the company's commitment to expanding its retail presence throughout the Southeast, following recent portfolio acquisitions.
