    The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX), a leading real estate technology platform, has announced that Showcase Real Estate, a top-performing independent brokerage in Northern California's agricultural heartland, has joined the company under its Private Label program.

    Showcase brings 45 agents and a strong reputation for community involvement, team culture, and relationship-driven approach to real estate. Since 2018, the team has sold over 2,170 homes valued at $826 million, including $115 million in sales volume over the past year.

    Led by industry veteran Donna Phelan, Showcase Real Estate serves a seven-county region and has built a reputation for deep community involvement and a relationship-driven approach to real estate. Phelan founded the brokerage with her husband, focusing on land development, new construction, and traditional resale.
