ontinental Properties, a Menomonee Falls-based real estate firm, has successfully closed its ninth private fund, securing $210 million in investments. The funds will be allocated towards the development of suburban apartment communities. With this influx of capital, Continental Properties aims to bring 14-16 new properties into existence, boasting an aggregate stabilized value upon completion.
