SHLAND, Wis. – Northland College’s 100‑acre campus in Ashland is now on the market after the school shut down in May due to financial woes. Newmark, a commercial realtor, lists the entire property, including classrooms, the athletic/fitness center, and dormitories. County records show the college sold several parcels last year, and Chequamegon Bay Friends of the Field Inc. recently acquired the softball and baseball fields.
