ewmark Group has secured the leasing management assignment for the King and Queen buildings at Concourse Corporate Center, a prominent office campus in Sandy Springs. The 5 Concourse Parkway complex is owned by Building and Land Technology. Newmark's Brad Kirschner leads the leasing team alongside Stewart Thrash, RJ Zurak, and Craig Kalinowski.

    Since January 2023, Concourse Corporate Center has secured over 400,000 square feet of office leases. Remaining availability includes a 150,000-square-foot block and 24,000 square feet on the top two floors of the King building. The submarket surrounding the campus has experienced significant leasing activity, with major deals including Newell Brands' 180,000-square-foot lease in the Queen building.

    Across Atlanta, leasing activity has reached 10.6 million square feet year-to-date, making it one of the busiest years for office deals since the pandemic. Large leases are being driven by sectors such as banking, finance, insurance, and real estate. Notable deals include CONA Services' move to 49,000 square feet in Ponce City Market in Midtown.
