ichard Lee “Dick” Scarbrough (93) of Farragut, Tennessee, died at home on Nov. 17, 2025. Born Feb. 29, 1932 in Ecorse, Michigan, he devoted his life to family, community, and service. A graduate of Harriman High and Florida State College, Jacksonville, Dick pioneered Tennessee real estate by launching the state’s first Century 21 franchise and later owning Century 21 AAIM Real Estate, shaping the industry for generations. He served as Farragut alderman, vice‑mayor, president of the East Tennessee Association of Realtors, and president of the CBFO Optimist Club. The family will hold a private celebration.
