    * Jacob D. Pobst v. Ryan R. Mitchell; Better Mortgage Corporation; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems; Adams County Public Trustee: The plaintiff asks the court to partition 22025 E. 45th Ave. in Aurora.

    * Wash Square 121 v. Front Range Finishes LLC: The plaintiff tenant says that it subleases 9335-9345 Elm Court in Federal Heights to the defendant, which has stopped paying rent and fees there.

    * Green MEP Engineering Consulting v. Lantz-Boggio Architects: The plaintiff alleges it is owed $117,421 from the defendant for consulting work.

    * Zachary Steen v. Hiatt Eye Properties Owner; Saint Moritz Owner; Asset Living; John Does I-V: The plaintiff accuses the defendants of failing to maintain the St. Moritz Apartments at 11171 W. 17th Ave. in Lakewood, leading to water damage and mold.

    Boulder District Court

    * Jirka Rysavy v. The County of Boulder; Boulder County Board of County Commissioners; Claire Levy; Marta Loachamin; Ashley Stolzmann; Dale A. Case: The plaintiff, who owns five properties across 105 acres on Flagstaff Mountain, says the defendants have wrongly and repeatedly denied his plans to build a house there.

    * Kiera Lichter v. Pearl Street Lofts Condominium Association: The plaintiff accuses the defendant of failing to maintain 820 Pearl St. in Boulder, resulting in water intrusions that made the plaintiff sick.

Avalon Westminster Promenade; Martines Palmeiro Construction; Westcol Center; PDM Steel Service Centers; Equipmentshare; Concrete Frame Associates; Lind’s Plumbing & Heating; Landtech Contractors; GTH Excavating Corporation; HT Holdings of Colorado; Sunbelt Rentals; Sonepar Mountain Holdings; Frontier Fire Protection; The Sherwin-Williams Company; Blue Bear Waste Services; R&K Glass; Mile High Striping; South-Bay: Mechanic's lien foreclosure at the Westminster Promenade, 10651 and 10661 Westminster Blvd. in Westminster, due to $362,815 in unpaid work.

    * Eaton Corporation v. XL Insurance America; National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh; ACE American Insurance Company: The plaintiff accuses the defendants of wrongly threatening to sue it for $3.3 million due to shoddy work at Denver Water’s Northwater Treatment Plant in Golden.

    * Roberto Perez Robles v. Evergreene Construction Services dba MRG Renovations; Michael Greene; Dan Constantinescu; Magen Constantinescu: The plaintiff claims it is owed $23,000 for work at 16325 Wild Berry Rd. in Morrison.
