nside Real Estate, a Utah-based company, has acquired ListAssist, a technology provider that offers AI-powered search and marketing tools to enhance the property search experience. According to CEO Joe Skousen, this acquisition marks a significant step towards revolutionizing how consumers find homes.

    ListAssist's innovative technology uses natural language processing and image recognition to refine searches, allowing homebuyers to describe their preferences in plain language and receive customized results. The platform also integrates with Inside Real Estate's BoldTrail CRM, enabling agents to create automated search alerts tailored to client needs.

    The acquisition will further enhance ListAssist's capabilities, including its AI-driven property listing descriptions that analyze images and MLS data to generate optimized content for search engines. Chris McGoldrick, founder of ListAssist, expressed excitement about joining Inside Real Estate, citing the alignment with their goal of advancing AI-driven solutions in real estate.
