ommonwealth University is launching an online real estate pre-licensing course designed to prepare learners for the Pennsylvania licensing exam. This comprehensive program equips aspiring salespeople with the practical knowledge needed to succeed in the field, covering essential topics such as property ownership, valuation, financing, and contract law.

    The curriculum also delves into key areas of practice, including math and specialty subjects, as well as real estate license law-related topics like the State Real Estate Commission and licensing regulations. Pennsylvania residents must complete a 75-hour salesperson pre-licensing course to obtain their real estate license.

    The online course is offered in two formats: live online (synchronous) and self-paced online (asynchronous), allowing students to choose how they engage with the material.
