    According to Michael Flynn, Senior Director of Economic Development with Destination Medical Center, Rochester offers a promising market due to the expansion of the Mayo Clinic and University of Minnesota-Rochester. "We have a tremendous amount of demand here," he said, highlighting the city's safety and security as attractive factors for developers and investors.

    Flynn noted that there are opportunities for investment in housing, hospitality, and commercial development. During the event, attendees toured construction sites related to Mayo's Bold. Forward. Unbound. project and visited available development sites.
