extHome has partnered with SkySlope to bring their transaction management and accounting tools to over 600 franchisees nationwide. The move is in response to changes in commission practices driven by the NAR settlement. NextHome CEO James Dwiggins stated that they wanted a streamlined solution for managing varied compensation formulas, and SkySlope's tools fit the bill.
SkySlope's suite of tools includes Forms, DigiSign, Offers, Breeze, and Books, designed to enhance agent productivity and simplify compliance. Redfin has also expanded its free rental listing tool nationwide, allowing homeowners, property managers, agents, and others to connect with potential renters and manage applications and screenings in one place.
Redfin's tool syndicates properties to Rent.com and Apartment Guide, and offers tools for property managers to invite renters to apply and screen applicants through a partnership with TurboTenant. Other proptech and fintech news includes REAI's AiMatch, which connects people with homes using patented processing of user data and property data; Renovation Sells partnering with HouseAmp to connect agents and homeowners to trusted local renovation resources and financing; Restb.ai teaming up with Lundy to expand voice-driven home shopping; Sierra Interactive connecting its CRM to Fello's listing-based platform; and Ruoff Mortgage partnering with Calque for buy-before-you-sell programs.
