ealReports has announced its 50th public partnership of 2025, this time with New Mexico MLS (NMMLS). The deal follows California Regional MLS’s recent expansion with the AI‑powered platform and a $1 million raise from MLS partners. NMMLS members will now access Aiden, RealReports’ AI property advisor, which delivers instant, deep property insights. “Aiden transforms how agents work, boosting professionalism, confidence, and client value while opening new business avenues,” said NMMLS Executive Director Megan McFarlane. RealReports’ co‑founder and COO Zach Gorman noted that reaching 50 partnerships in a single year signals a shift: “MLSs and brokerages recognize that AI tools like ours are essential, not optional, for staying competitive.”
BeachesMLS has teamed up with Roomvo to provide an AI visualization platform for its Matrix subscribers via the OneHome portal. The tool lets agents virtually redesign spaces using existing photos, swapping flooring or paint colors in seconds. “When buyers can see a transformed space in real time, they form an emotional bond that drives confident decisions and stronger interest,” said Roomvo CEO Pawel Rajszel. BeachesMLS CEO Dionna Hall added that the partnership exemplifies a commitment to innovative solutions that keep members ahead in a changing market.
Doorify is now offering free fraud‑detection services to its 15,300 North Carolina subscribers through a new partnership with Property Shield. The integration automatically flags and removes unauthorized listings, agent data, and photos. “Real‑estate fraud is escalating, and we must equip our users with the best protection,” said Doorify CEO Matt Fowler. “Adding Property Shield’s tools at no cost delivers tangible value on a critical industry challenge.” Doorify has recently extended similar integrations to Columbus, Central Ohio Regional MLS, REsides, and the Waco Association of Realtors.
RentSpree has expanded its RentEdge platform by signing the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR) and PrimeMLS, which serves over 10,000 members across seven states. This follows earlier agreements with First MLS and Rhode Island MLS, bringing RentEdge’s total partners to four since its June launch. RentEdge integrates rental data directly into MLS workflows, offering the same level of professionalism and efficiency as sales listings. “RentEdge was built to make rentals operate with the same sophistication agents expect for sales,” explained RentSpree co‑founder and CEO Michael Lucarelli. “Through these deals, we’re helping thousands of agents capture rental opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and elevate the rental experience nationwide.”
