erkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty has expanded its presence in Cumberland County through the acquisition of Sailhamer Realty. The Shippensburg-based realty company will now operate under the Chambersburg Office of Homesale Realty, enhancing service to Shippensburg and surrounding areas.
According to Rod Messick, CEO of Homesale Realty, the addition of John Dyson and the Sailhamer Team will support efforts to bring the BHHS Homesale and Homesale Complete experience to agents and consumers along the I-81 corridor. The deal was finalized in September, with terms remaining undisclosed.
As a result of the acquisition, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty now has over 30 offices serving Maryland and Pennsylvania, further solidifying its presence in the region.
