uxury sales dominated the week's real estate transactions, with two high-end homes on Meadow Lark Drive and South Owl Drive leading the pack at $3.55 million each.

    A Lake Forest, Illinois couple, John Michael Holland and Katherine Holland, parted ways with their 1973-built Meadow Lark Drive home to Sarasota residents Bradley and Allison Crate for a tidy sum of $3.55 million. The three-bedroom, three-bath property boasts 3,257 square feet of living space and a sparkling pool.

    Meanwhile, Mark and Moira Hintsa sold their modern 2024-built South Owl Drive home to fellow Sarasotans Mark and Nancy Logan for the same price tag. This sleek three-bedroom, three-bath abode spans 2,783 square feet.

    In other notable sales:

    * Christopher and Pattiann Curtin, trustees of Longboat Key, sold Corey's Landing at 3542 Mistletoe Lane to John and Kristin Fette for $2.8 million. This 1991-built four-bedroom, three-bath property boasts 3,216 square feet.

    * Old Compass Inc. offloaded Emerald Harbor at 710 Old Compass Road to Lakeland residents Wesley and Maya Beck for $1.45 million. Built in 1968, this charming three-bedroom, two-bath home features a pool and 1,821 square feet of living space.
